Lake Talquin State Forest This is a 2 ½ hour ride through hardwoods and pines. There are a couple of bridges that you cross, which may be a challenge on the trail. Hunting is permitted, so check the local hunting schedule.
Directions from Tallahassee: Go west on W. Tennessee Street (US 90) past Capital Circle for approximately 3 miles. Turn left at the traffic light onto Geddie Road. Go approximately ½ mile and entrance is on the right.
